Course overview
A one- or two-term pathway on Edinburgh Napier's Merchiston campus for students who don't yet meet direct entry to the MSc Computing. It combines academic English and UK study skills with a progression project to prepare you for master's-level computing. Delivered by Edinburgh Napier University International College. 2026-27 pathway fee: £10,075 (1 term) or £12,670 (2 terms). This covers the pathway only; the master's degree fee is charged separately by the university.

Pre-master’s (IIM) 1 term: Bachelor Degree (Third Class Honours) Pre-master’s (IIM) 2 terms: Diploma of Higher Education (Dip HE) / Higher National Diploma (HND) English: IELTS 2 Terms: IELTS 5.5 (with no component below 5.5). Some applicants may be required to provide a UKVI-approved SELT.
